Hello,
I have ordered a zenbook flip from amazon but it only had 8Gigabytes of ram instead of 16. So I got a refund for it and ordered a new one from a local store instead here in germany called "Saturn".
After opening the package I realized that there is no Stylus/pen included. The amazon package had one and every unboxing video I can find on youtube also mentions the included pen.
After calling the hotline they told me that there would be no pen included and I would have to buy it my self.
DId I get scammed or is that actually true that asus also sells their zenbooks without the pen?
