| Recently, I have updated my phone through OTA of the Asus website (WW-15.01.1810.262) and the update was successful but it has a major issue. My phone is experiencing problems with the Lockscreen pattern or pin. First of all, the lockscreen. Everytime I restart my phone, the Lockscreen is fine. But when I turn it off and on again, type my pin, it won't open. I would just go to a black screen and back to the swipe up to unlock. The workaround was the fingerprint sensor. The fingerprint sensor unlocks with no problems. |
