7.1 audio option not available in realtek audio console

as the title says there is no 7.1 option , there is only 5.1, stereo and quad speaker option. i contacted asus through email and they say me to wait, i emailed them 5 times since last 10 days but no solution. my pc is ROG Strix GL10DHGL10DH-IN024T.
