Possibility of Personal Data Recovery

I am selling my Asus-x415 i3 10th gen laptop today, but I have one considerable doubt I deleted my files on the D drive and emptied the recycle bin as well after that I formatted the D drive and reset the windows 10 and reinstalled locally any possible to the buyer can use any recovery software and recover my files? please let me know guys.
