TUF Capture Box-4KPRO smartphone capture issue

Hi again,  Asus Help Center.

I bought the TUF Capture Box 4KPRO.

The Box is really wonderful and above all is cross platform ,but it

can't capture my smartphone output,

it just output the big word "HDCP" in white with

a black background.

I know it's related to content protection,

but I don't know which side cause the problem, 

the smartphone or the capture box?

My old capture card can capture the smartphone output with the same cable 

with no problem.

I don't know much about HDCP, 

so, which device cause the problem?

according to your inquiry, please be reminded that the TUF Capture Box 4KPRO product does not support viewing, recording, or streaming content protected by HDCP technology.

I've found the  video console app can disable HDCP,
