「運動模式時」無法測量即時心跳

您好~~~我最近買了三隻VivoWatch給家裡的長輩使用，但爸爸的那隻不知為什麼 進入「運動模式時」無法測量即時心跳(室內or室外模式都一樣)，手錶底下量心跳的綠燈也不會閃，可另外兩支就是正常的。請問我該怎麼排除這個問題呢?
