ROG 2無預警死機

昨天google停止運作的訊息不斷跳出來後，手機突然當機，之後就黑屏死機了。12月過保的手機，直接當場去世，充電沒亮燈，開機沒反應，之後發現很多人都有這個問題，資料全沒了。去年9/12買的，6/22就死了。請問華碩小編可以出面幫忙一下嗎???
