App通知圓點不正常顯示

如下圖，藍色的那個通知原點，我用了一個禮拜都正常顯示該有的通知，直到昨天，通知圓點就會莫名其妙出現在各種根本沒有通知的app上而且把沒通知的的app打開又關掉，也會出現大家會這樣嗎？不知道是出了什麼問題
