無法順利直接充電

從八月初買到現在第五個月了一直以來都順順的用，但在昨天突然發現充電怪怪的，以確認線與充頭應該沒問題，剛接上去都會充電，但一旦進入待機關閉螢幕後，過幾秒就會自動斷掉充電...以還原試過了，依舊無解有人有相同問題嗎?有甚麼方法解決?
