zenfone8 line電話通知無法顯示

在使用youtube或是其他app時，若有人line打進來，手機只會有鈴聲，打開line看不到是誰來電，也沒有任何懸浮視窗提醒是誰打來必須先掛掉電話，重新打開line才會看得到未接來電想請問是哪裡設定錯誤了呢？
