Why am I asked to check charging when it is charged enough to install update??????

My jio sim is not working since morning....I tried restarting my phone...use airplane mode still no use...jio is in my primary sim slot ..and my friends jio numbers are working fine ...in mine. Only it shows no service.... help?????
