Did the issue suddenly happen or after any firmware/app download/update? Please try to reset Network: Setting>System>Reset>Network settings reset
Also, please try if Wifi and Bluetooth are well function in "Safe mode"

You can also try "the Factory Reset"
Setting>System>Reset>Factory data reset
Please note that once the Factory Reset is completed, all data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted.
