I have Zenfone Max Plus M1 Z018D with problems . I need to unlock the bootloader, I have your official unlock app, but it is not working. It claims do to network problems, but the phone is connected through WiFi.
Could you enable unlocking my phone if I PM you the IMMEIs or SN or whatever is needed, please?
