4g modu arama sıkıntısı

Telefonu 4g moduna aldigim zaman ne ben arama yapabiliyorum nede bana arama geliyor bu sorunun bir çözümü var mıdır? Yaklaşık olarak 3 ay önce cihazı kasko şirketine yolladım ve sorunu belirtmeme rağmen bu konuyla ilgili bir işlem yapılmadı. Asus destek hattından ( müşteri hizmetleri) yardim istedim cihazı recovery moduna almam soylendi. Yine ise yaramadı.

When I get the phone at 4g, what can I call, nor is the call coming, is there a solution for this problem? I sent it in the device insurance about 3 months ago and although I have stated the problem, no action has been taken on this issue. I asked for help from Asus support line (customer service) I was asked to get a recovery account. Again, it didn't work.

1. Can this 4G service operate in other phone?
2. Your current firmware version. Also, please check if your firmware is the latest version.

1. There is only 1 sim card in the phone
2. Current software version 8.1.0

3. I tried safe mode to try 4g service but the same problem still persists
4. 4g service operator TURKCELL and VoLTE enabled
5. I tried to change it to 3g was not the same problem. It does not fix the problem !! WHEN I WANT YOU TO FIX, THE 4G MODE IS ENABLED, THE PHONE IS NON-NORMAL CALLING OR GETTING CALLS AND INTERNET WITHOUT INTERNET !!
