4g modu arama sıkıntısı

Telefonu 4g moduna aldigim zaman ne ben arama yapabiliyorum nede bana arama geliyor bu sorunun bir çözümü var mıdır? Yaklaşık olarak 3 ay önce cihazı kasko şirketine yolladım ve sorunu belirtmeme rağmen bu konuyla ilgili bir işlem yapılmadı. Asus destek hattından ( müşteri hizmetleri) yardim istedim cihazı recovery moduna almam soylendi. Yine ise yaramadı.

After checking with relevant teams, due to the tripartite cooperation, TURKCELL's VoLTE service doesn't support ZB570TL. Thus, it is not possible to call and connect to internet at the same time under 4G. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
If there is any other problem with mobile network, please let us know.

If I don't understand it wrong, the problem says at TURKCELL 07.05.2020 18 00 as an operator, I switched to TURKTELEKOM and the problem continues in the same way !!! I wonder what you will call this! Best regards ...
