1. Please make sure your cable is able to transfer data and could connect other phone with PC.
2. Enter "Safe mode" and try connect again

3. If "Safe Mode" could not work, please try "the Factory Reset"
Setting>System>Reset options>Factory data reset
Please note that once the Factory Reset is completed, all data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted.
