Default USB configuration, ticked on 'file transfer'
Cannot Connect to pc / laptop, only charging
Cannot connect to thumb drive, only reverse charging
Model Name: Zenfone Max Pro M1
Firmware Version: 16.2017.2004.063-20200407
Rooted or not: Not
Frequency of Occurrence: Everytime
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): ?
Can connect same thumb drive to other max pro m1
Change cable, done

Thank you for your asking. Please try the troubleshooting tips below
1. Please make sure your cable is able to transfer data and could connect other phone with PC.
2. Enter "Safe mode" and try connect again

3. If "Safe Mode" could not work, please try "the Factory Reset"
Setting>System>Reset options>Factory data reset
Please note that once the Factory Reset is completed, all data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted.
