Hi, according to your question, may I ask whether your product model is ZB601KL?

For ZB601KL, the latest firmware version is Android 10 AOSP version WW-17.2017.2012.438

You can refer to the following link.

If there's any problem while using Android 10, please manually downgrade to WW-16.2017.2009.087 version.
