For example, I keep 3 apps open (Whatsapp, chrome and facebook), if I keep using whatsapp for a few minutes and then go back to the facebook app, the app reloads again. The system is not keeping the applications in the background correctly and ends up restarting the applications even without much activity, this problem did not happen in Android 8.1

Do give a check on how much cache memory is available at the time of multitasking
