Is your phone ZB601KL or ZB630KL?
Please provide your firmware version: Settings > About phone > Build number.
1.Sound coming outside even when earphone is connected to mobile:
Could you tell us the brand/model of the earphones you're using? Does it appear with the ASUS earphones that came with the phone?
Have you tried with different earphones?
Does the earphone icon appear on the notification bar after connected?
Does all types of sound (media/phone call) come out from the speakers instead of the earphones?
Please tell us the app/app version/ detailed steps you performed/ screenshot or short video.
2. Speaker is blaring when volume up.
Does it appear with media sound or system notification/ringtone/....?
If media sound, what app/app version are you using?
Could you describe in more details about the sound behavior?
What's the volume level?
