My zenfone9 suddenly not work with the built-in receiver so that I cannot hear anything when calling, and current countermeasure for this is using speaker phone or BT headphones I can hear the voice who calling me.
There are no sign like sound distorted from the receiver, so looks the software issue which I updated.
Could you please support this?

2.Firmware version(Built version): WW_34.0304.2004.145(Android Version : 14)
3.Rooted or not: of course, not
4.Frequency & Occurance : every time I call to someone
And I also checked symptom with test mode, and done the receiver test and cannot hear anything.
