how much just to replace screen glass on zenfone 9

This is strange. Did you happen to use a cleaning agent?
As for the charges, I'll recommend you contact your closest Asus service center and get your device examined.

i used some kind of lens cleaner, left it for a while because i was busy doing something  and that happened
