Google Chrome won't load/display the webpage on the first try

5. APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): Google Chrome - version 111.0.5563.116

basically since the beginning of my zenFone 9 (and I had the same problem with the previous ZenFone 5), the Chrome browser has been annoying me. When I first open a new window or when I start the application, I don't want to load and display the web page that is being opened. I always have to close the window and open it again. I am asking for a solution. Or should I contact the app developer (Google)?
