5g network not working

Problem is I can only get 4G. I have already:

checked the coverage map,

restarted the phone,

reinserted the SIM card,

and made sure 5G was on.

• None of it worked. Please help.

I already check UAE all Areas,Dubai international airport also same 4+ only.

My location also 5g Area.

I will send Screenshot my another mobile phone that mobile 5g network

Only my Asus Zenfone 9 4g++

I assume that you mobile subscription plan has 5G enabled? What is your firmware version?

Hmmm.... You could try to reset your connection settings. Settings->System->Reset Options-> Reset WiFi, mobile, Bluetooth. This would erase all WiFi networks and reset your cellular connection. You might have to reboot after that too.

If that fails, I think you would have to check with your telco to see if there are certain settings missing on your phone to get/see the 5G networks.

Hello sir ,i reset all network settings then reboot phone same problem 5 g network not working.

My sim card I put my another mobile phone That phone I got 5g network .
