Zenfone 8 with Garmin Venu2 BT issue

I've recently bought a Garmin Venu 2, tried connecting my Zenfone8 to it with the Garmin Connect app to no avail. I've looked for ways online far and wide but cant find a solution. Apparently it has something to do with Android 13. Please advise on ways to connect. FYI, I typed the password correctly every time but the same message keeps pop up.

1. Capture a bug report from Samsung phone:
1-1 Enable developer option:
How to enable developer option:
1-2 Enable Bluetooth Host Controller Interface(HCI) snoop log from Developer option
1-3 Connect Garmin Venu2 with Samsung phone
1-4 Capture a bug report from Samsung phone:

From your ZenFone:
2. Capture a log from ZF8
2-1 Go to Calculator app > enter “.19595+=” > Generate Bluetooth log
2-2 Turn off BT, Turn on airplane mode
2-3 wait for 5 secs
2-4 Turn off airplane mode
2-5 Connect Garmin Venu2 with ZF8 for test
2-6 Capture a screenshot to record the error time
2-7 Back to Calculator app> finish and share Bluetooth log
