This is a follow-up to a conversation Colifin posted in 2023. The same issue on the same phone. Thursday morning I suddenly lost all Voice call capabilities: outbound and inbound. Outbound calls would dial the number and then drop immediately. In bound calls would go directly to voicemail. I could still send and receive texts. Removing the SIM card from Slot 1 and re-inserting it in Slot 1 did not solve the problem, neither did powering off and back on or doing a Network reset.
Moving the SIM card from Slot 1 to Slot 2 finally solved the problem. The phone has been in service since January of 2022. It has worked flawlessly until this incident. I don't think I had every has the SIM card out.
