Wifi & hotspot zenfone 8 not working

Hello Asus Team, after updating to android 13, wifi & hotspot not working, I have tried to update to android 12 but the result is still the same wifi and hotspot are not working, it looks like my Zenfone 8 has a problem with the hardware, can it be helped to repair it at no cost? Because my Zenfone 8 warranty period has expired, attached the screenshot, thank you

I've been loving using this phone but yesterday my WiFi slider stopped working. Even when slid to "on" it doesn't search for WiFi spots. Hopefully the picture illustrates my problem well enough. Oddly enough though everything else like data works fine.
