ASUS Zenfone 8 unable to wifi network and unable to start hotspot

Just today I cant use wifi, it cant detect network and my hotspot it not turning on.

Tried to find some fix but no success. In forums it says that the cause was updating to Android 13 but updated my device a few days ago. 

Did try to factory reset and did not help. Caused me huge amount of data to install needed apps. 😭

I'm also faulty wifi two weeks after upgrading to Android 13. Tried everything and didn't work. I can now connecto to 5Ghz.  Wifi's but not to 2.5Ghz. by first enabling hotspot and after that wifi
