Unfortunately not. I wrote, and what I got back was a link to the non-functional unlocking tool, which I already knew before.
Then I asked again, because the tool does not work. Then I got the hint that the servers were in maintenance since May 2. That was on May 5, I think.
Since then I have heard nothing more from ASUS.
So I thought it was worth asking here in the support forum. But maybe that's a misunderstanding on my part and this is a community forum? Then, of course, the question would actually be misplaced here.
I sent an email to the support and I got this:
"Purpose：Phone Unlock App Service Maintenance, May 02th, 2023
Scope：All models except the one list in RN202009006_6/KB1044135
Affected：During the period, all users cannot unlock device and occur the error.
Maintenance period: From 18:00 on May 2, 2023, till further notice.
Verbiage: The Unlock app service is currently under maintenance, and the service will be suspended during the maintenance period. We apologize for any inconvenience caused."
