My Zenfone 7 Pro is on firmware 30.41.69.143 and "PRO VIDEO" with HyperSteady On works without any problems. I can switch between On and Off and it works as advertised.

But hypersteady works (almost) perfectly in regular video mode and breaks just in professional video mode. It's definitely software issue.

Video captured on balcony so it's not "low light conditions" at all.

I know that mods won't notice that so I opened a ticket for local support at the same time.

I opened this topic to see if someone else have the same issue.

If hypersteady is not supposed to work with pro video - no problem, asus should just remove the icon from pro video.

The only possible problem that I can see is the light environment - I am suspecting the low light conditions to get a result like this, but I may be wrong.
@topolov That capture was in a darker room, or in the night? Could be part of the explanation - but even so, I have to admit that there is way much grain, and that could be an issue

Could you please open link to YouTube from first post? I can't attach 90 mb video here. If you open it, everything will be clear for you.

Aha, somehow I've missed the original link, seems like there is a problem with the focus and about the grain, well, donno what , seems like for the moment nobody else reported. I hope that at one point you will manage to solve the issue

Solution is strange.
Before asking I cleaned data and cache of camera.
I spoke with local asus support. They advised me to run safe mode - nothing changed. They advised me to do wipe and run camera without google account. I cleaned cache of phone and after that I cleaned again data & cash of camera - works fine.
So wipe is not required.
