Asus Zenfone 6 running the latest Android 10 software with up-to-date security patches. Experiencing severe or bad motion blur with photos taken with one hand, and maybe some adjustments can be made to the algorithms behind the problem.
EIS in zenfone 6 is getting quite close to OIS in terms of effectiveness so I don't believe there is anything to improve. You can't expect a gimball-level stabilization from such a small camera without even having OIS in the first place.
