Bluetooth crashes everytime I attempt to rename my device. I already cleared the data and cache but it did not solve the issue. I hope you can help me with this issue.

Hi delma.caisa, Could you help us confirm whether your model is ZE554KL or ZC554KL? Please also provide us with your firmware version. Settings > System > About Phone > Software information We would suggest you try clearing cache, data of Settings. (Settings > Apps & notifications > App info > Settings > Storage & memory > Clear cache, data.) Thank you 🙂
