Zenfone 11 Ultra, Extreme battery voltage, overheating etc

Hey Team,

I recently noticed on aida64 and accubattery that the reported voltage seems to be twice what it should. I've attached photos showing this. There also does seem to be excess heat generation by the device paired with suboptimal battery performance.

 

 

I'm worried about the effects of this on my device, is there anything that can be done to resolve this?

Seems I was mistaken as this is a dual cell battery and the voltage is within parameters

That's correct, some battery apps might not show the correct values due to the nature of the dual cell battery 🙂
