boost phone call volume and fix the software and dont ruin audio with 99 issues with every single update since android 15 launch. Seriously, pretty please. Using zenfone10 on android 15 is enough miserable as it is since day 1.

Seriously, boost the phone call volume please.

Every other phone sounds on 10-20% volume like asus zenfone10 on 100% volume. Its really ridiculous. This is not how it should work. It's too quiet. While bottom speaker blast like crazy. It is badass, yes. But via earpiece/receiver i shouldve hear my phone caller.

Best regards

Hello @Pit52

Thanks for the information, are you on the latest firmware by the way?

To help clarify the root cause, could you please provide more detailed information regarding the situation:
1. Has the low call volume issue occurred recently, or has it always been present?
2. Are you using the default (pre-installed) Phone app or a third-party calling app?
3. Does the low volume happen during every call, or only in specific situations or with certain contacts (e.g., in a particular location or with specific people)?
4. Has the person on the other end of the call mentioned that they have trouble hearing your voice as well? (To confirm if the issue is one-sided or affects both parties.)
5. Is the volume normal when using headphones, Bluetooth devices, or speakerphone during calls?
6. Does the call volume become normal when switching to speaker mode?
7. Would you be able to provide logs for analysis, along with the approximate time of the call and the type of call used (e.g., Wi-Fi Call, VoLTE, Messenger, etc.)?
For the log you can follow the instructions below and feel free to send me a DM with the link when you are done.
**************************

Please follow the below steps to enable the built-in log tool (Bug reporter).
1. Open “Calculator APP”
2. Enter “.19595+=”
3. Select the Log type according to the type of issue you want to capture. “Sound, call audio, and recording”
4. After your selection the log tool will exit so you can duplicate the issue or wait for it to happen. Try to use the screen recorder to show your issue when possible. If you can't screen record your issue, then please take a screenshot right after the issue has occurred (as a timestamp) so we know where to look in the log.
5. Navigate back to the log tool via calculator and Tap "FINISH AND SHARE".
6. It takes several minutes for the log to generate. You can exit and do other stuff in the meantime. A silent notification will tell you once the process is done. Tap the notification and then the share button to upload the file to Google Drive and share the link with a moderator. Just make sure to change the permission first so that everyone with the link has permission to view it.
Note: When you're no longer planning on logging your device, enter “.09595+=” in the calculator and the log tool will stop as well as deleting all stored log files. Make sure to share via calculator. The files found in internal storage -> asus_log are not the correct files (they are only 1.2kb)
