I recently purchased an Asus Zenbook UX582H laptop and a Lenovo docking station to enhance its connectivity options. However, I'm experiencing some issues and I'm hoping someone here might be able to offer some insights into this issue.
Here's a bit more context: I purchased a Lenovo docking station that is supposed to be compatible with my laptop, but I'm having trouble getting it to work properly. Specifically, the external monitors connected to the docking station are not displaying any images, and some of the USB devices connected to the docking station are not being recognized by my laptop.
I've tried troubleshooting this issue by updating my laptop's drivers and firmware, but the issue persists. I'm wondering if there might be some compatibility issues between my Zenbook UX582H laptop and the Lenovo docking station [https://www.lenovo.com/ca/en/dc/accessories-and-software/docking].
Has anyone else experienced similar issues with a Zenbook UX582H laptop and a Lenovo docking station? And if so, do you have any suggestions for resolving this issue?
I'd appreciate any advice or insights into this topic. Thank you in advance for your help!
May I know which docking station you bought exactly?
Could you please provide me with a photo of your connection for confirmation?
In addition, please provide the full model name, operating system build number and BIOS version of your laptop for me to confirm. (Please make sure the system and BIOS have been updated to the latest.)
