Zenbook ux580g screenpad not working

Hi everyone,

I have a problem with the screenpad on my Asus ux580g after reinstalling windows 10

I'm trying to solve this problem by following the steps in this tutorial :

when I'm trying to install Screenpad 2.0 upgrade tool it will appear Error 1001: System.Configuration.Install.InstallException: ..................................

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I'm facing exactly the same issue. I can't upgrade my screenpad to V2 (error 1001) and i can't restore to oem because it upgraded to Windows 11.

It's possible to get the oem image or a new version of upgrade tool without this limitation ?

What is the full model name of the laptop you are using?
