Zenbook ux434 new nvme sad 990pro very slow on battery

I have the Zenbook ux434 and I replace the intel nvme with new 1tb Samsung 990pro nvme . When the PC is on power plug everything works fast . When  I put it on the battery only power it's slow down the SSD a lot . I put the windows in full power mode scenario but if it's on battery it's very slow almost useless. When is on power plug it's very very fast as it should be. 

Even if I am on the Asus bios it is slow if it's on battery. What can we do? I am in the latest firmware of the Zenbook. Will their be  any new firmware that will fix the problem?

Is there any Samsung software to help diagnose the issue?

Well the battery is new and is working correctly. I just replaced it. Also when I use the pc in the bios is slow. I use the Samsung magician software and shows that the nvme is in good condition

Well I would try a Live version of Linux Mint or Debian 13, it they are slow then it's hardware, if not then it's OS.

My guess is a problem with the Battery.  Because it is common the the BIOS and the OS.
