Please go to the UX363EA support page and download the ASUS Precision TouchPad Driver and ASUS NumberPad Driver.
https://www.asus.com/laptops/for-home/zenbook/zenbook-flip-13-ux363-11th-gen-intel/helpdesk_download...
Then go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps, and uninstall the current TouchPad and NumberPad drivers.
Restart the laptop and install the drivers you just downloaded, then check if the issue is resolved.
