Weird question but under Bios->Security->Secure boot

what are the default options supposed to be
is platform mode supposed to be "deployed"
if not then how do i go back to standard mode.

also under one the keys in key management it says "mixed" all other it says factory

I don't have your laptop, but try to reset bios settings to default.
