Touchpad can't be turned off until I download the "touchpad toggle" feature, says Microsoft.

Touchpad can't be turned on or off, until I download a missing "touchpad toggle feature," according to the Microsoft chat agent who was available to help me.   I have an ASUS ZenBook Flip 15 that is still under warranty. The driver is also missing. This happened because they still need to be downloaded when I switched from Windows 10 to Windows 11. 

"The HID component is a driver needed from ASUS, because these are manufacturer drivers, such as Asus camera driver, Asus Audio realtek driver, and Asus WLAN chip driver"

Could you please provide the full model name of your laptop? for example, UX3402ZA.
It is recommended that you refer to [Notebook] Troubleshooting - How to fix the Touchpad abnormal problems, go through the troubleshooting steps, and check if you have any missing drivers.
