Service team makes false claims to decline warranty

Os crashed during service and service agent makes false claims to reject warranty. Did anyone faced this issue before with Asus. Issue was simple before and the device was booting properly. Asus service team is framing me for the damage which was caused by service agent. Unethical service team ASUS in india bangalore. Can anyone help me on this issue ?

This is a common practice from most of the asus service center in Bangalore. Check the review of customer in Google maps.

I am not getting any response from service team. Can you ask them to respond to mail.
