Since I can't understand the text content of your picture. According to your description, I might suggest you try to update the system to the latest via Windows Update and see if the problem improves. Thank you.

Hey I did have a similar issue, but it came back magically when changing power modes a couple of times (including looking at the advanced power plan settings)
It could have been an update fix or possibly it just gets hidden by some bug and then it can magically come back. Try using the screenpad plus button above the trackpad to turn the screenpad plus off and then on again and see if that helps? I don't know if it would but it is something that I did around the same time as the problem being fixed.
