LibraService doesn`t work

LibraService doesn`t work after reinstalling following the instructions popped up this error, previously it was not https://www.asus.com/ru/support/FAQ/1041420/

And is your screenpad plus working now? The error message appeared when you click on ScreenXpert ? Thank you.

Hello! Thanks for you spend your time on my problem When i turrn off my screenpad plus it don`t wont to work like touch pad (https://youtu.be/iHoVkgnzH3s?t=144) I reinstalled windows and installed all drivers as write in manual, but it didn`t work I wrote in asus support, they recommended reinstall all drivers, and now app ScreenExppert doesn`t work at all

Hello alfa.voland, Because it's not a touchpad.....it's only a touchscreen. Touchpad is the one next to your keyboard. When you turn off screenpad plus, it only turns off the backlight, not totally shut it down, so when you touch the screenpad plus, you may still see reaction on the main screen, but there would be no pointer for you to control. Thank you.

Hello alfa.voland, Screenpad plus can not be use as touchpad, it's just a touchscreen. Touchpad is the one beside your keyboard, the pointer is controlled by it. So...you device did not have any issue. and now....what do you mean by "ScreenExppert doesn`t work at all"? how is the screenpad plus working now? completely dark? or...? Thank you.
