Hi everyone,
i have said ultraportable. An i9-13900H with 16GB RAM, 1TB storage and an OLED screen. Factory default. It runs win11 25H2 (build 10.0.26200). In the Computer Management Device manager it had the intel DTT updater component folded out and that had a yellow exclamation mark. The system is up to date according to the intel driver assistant and its asus equivalent tools on the asus support site and myasus on the laptop itself. I even went as far as going to the microsoft driver catalog site which offered an archive for the SWC\VID8086_DTTCFG_1.0\00 device ID that had drivers in it which I could manually install through the windows device manager. Now the device is listed under Other Devices and the yellow exclamation mark has turned into a small questionmark. When pulling up those properties and checking the events tab it shows 2 entries. 1 from 21/12/2025 05:05:56 and 1 from 23/01/2026 23:53:02.
The one from 21/12/2025 05:05:56 reads:
Device SWC\VID8086_DTTCFG_1.0\00 was configured.
Driver Name: null
Driver Package ID: null

And the one from 23/01/2026 23:53:02 also still reads:
Device SWC\VID8086_DTTCFG_1.0\00 was configured.
Driver Name: null
Driver Package ID: null

There must be plenty of people out there with the same issue. Are there any solutions though?
Any tips are highly welcomed!
Thanks!!
