I have a prblem that my zenbook s14 after 51 days in the repair center and laying that there's no problem. They finally admit that there's a problem and the want to change the motherboard and the fans then they are going to check on the ssd.
There's no respect to clearence and honesty.
I told them after all of this i want to restore my money and if not then i want to replace the device with a new one or a newest one.
Yet asus egypt and the middle east call center tend to punish me as i send email that complaining of the mistreatment of my laptob and their lying.
Now i had to wait to import a motherboard and after that it might won't work or had a problem then they are going to lie again and tell me that i had no issues.
Can anybody help me.
