Please use another computer to visit our website and search for your laptop model.
Go to Support > Drivers & Tools > BIOS & Firmware, and download the latest BIOS file.
Format a USB drive to FAT32, and place the .CAP file directly in the root directory.
Insert the USB drive into your laptop and power it on to see if the BIOS Recovery process starts automatically.
Please make sure the charger is connected during this process.
If the issue still cannot be resolved, we recommend bringing your laptop to a service center for further inspection.
