======================== Detailed description:Hi I recently did a Windows 10 update and it no longer recognises the camera for Hello Face sign-in. I have tried reinstalling the Hello Face App, I have reset the Biometric Database and reinstalled the biometric files. Checked camera drivers. Not sure what else to try.
Solution found. Had been using ChromaCam to set backgrounds for video calls. It installs a camera driver called Personify Virtual Camera Universal. By disabling it, it fixed my problem.
