Hello, I couldn’t find anything about this specific issue anywhere so I’m asking here. My laptop refuses to turn on without a charger, if it’s unplugged whilst on it will turn off completely. It’s impossible to perform a hard reset and I tried resetting power config and uninstalling and updating the adapter drivers. Please help, the only charger that turns it on isn’t in the best condition and makes it shutdown occasionally.
