How to Choose the Right Custom Web Design Agency for Your Business?

I’m currently looking to revamp my company website and want something tailored to our brand – not just another template. I've heard working with a custom web design agency can make a huge difference in terms of user experience and conversions. Has anyone here worked with one? What should I look for – portfolio, tech stack, industry experience? Any recommendations or red flags to watch out for?

if you're aiming for a unique and high performing website. When evaluating agencies, I’d suggest starting with their portfolio to see if their design style aligns with your brand vision. Also, check their experience with similar industries, as that often translates into better UX and messaging.

Don’t overlook their tech stack either  a solid understanding of modern frameworks and SEO friendly development is key. Make sure they’re not just designers but also understand conversion-focused design and performance optimization. A big red flag is poor communication or generic pitches  a good agency should be asking deep questions about your goals, not just handing over pretty mockups. Good luck with the revamp!
