Use of dual monitors with a Vivobook X513EA

I just bought my Vivobook X513EA from Officeworks and was told it supports the use of dual monitors but when using the USB-C to HDMI cable (plus other monitor on HDMI to HDMI), the device is not recognised. Can someone please advise?

And also, if the X513EA does not support dual monitors, which Asus Vivobook model does??

Unfortunately, the USB-Type C of X513EA does not support display. As for which models' USB TYPE-C support display, please confirm the model you want to ask, and I can help you to confirm. Thank you.
