[DDR3L 1600 MHz SDRAM, 1 x SO-DIMM socket for expansion up to 8 GB SDRAM]
The laptop already came with 4GBs of RAM, So does this mean I can put 4GB to make it 8gb or 8gb to make it 12gb?
And i am bit confused with Cpu-z or some site that stated/detect this 'Single Channel' on ram session.

Hello hanifnur,
The original RAM is on broad, so it can not be changed.
There is 1 slot for you to expand, you may install 4GB or 8GB.
You are having 1 RAM only now, so it is running single chanel.
If you would like to run dual channel, please install another 4GB ram.
Thank you.
